My creative journey began in the world of ballet, where I developed a keen eye for detail and technique through classical and contemporary ballet training.
For 20 years, I've been teaching diverse movement modalities across the UK, Europe, Australia, and NZ. My students range from professional ballet dancers and elite athletes to individuals seeking rehabilitation and women focusing on pelvic floor health and pre/postnatal wellness. I've been honoured to share my expertise at some of the most prestigious pilates, yoga, garuda studios & health clubs.
I am extremely passionate about movement education; as a former Garuda Master Training, assisting & facilitating teacher trainings.
