I was able to stay active throughout my entire pregnancy by training with Aimee’s classes right up until 38 weeks. Her classes will allow you to create space, build strength and nourish your body as it becomes home to your baby. Aimee safely guides you to explore and understand your unique anatomy, which is powerful knowledge as you navigate both your wildly changing body and childbirth itself. These classes then become therapy ‘just as good as any treatment’ an osteo would say, as you ease into postpartum.

I speak the language of movement and my joy is in inspiring and guiding individuals on their unique journey of physical expression. 

My formal training began in the world of ballet, where I developed a keen eye for detail and technique through full-time classical and contemporary ballet training.

For 20 years, I've been teaching diverse movement modalities across the UK, Europe, Australia, and NZ. My students range from professional ballet dancers and elite athletes to individuals seeking rehabilitation and women focusing on pelvic floor health and pre/postnatal wellness. I've been honoured to share my expertise at some of the most prestigious pilates, yoga, garuda studios & health clubs.

In 2025, I was in a severe car accident and suffered multiple injuries, including a severe brain injury. I had to undergo extensive rehabilitation with additional surgeries. I experienced first hand the non-linear trials of rehabilitation, a very weak / low function profile, as well as the psychological challenges of polytrauma. It allowed me to apply my knowledge of multi-modal training to help heal my body, brain and soul.

I am extremely passionate about movement education; as a former Garuda Master Trainer; assisting & facilitating teacher trainings. Quality instruction is a blend of knowledge, experience, empathy, and an unwavering belief in the transformative power of movement. Our bodies are invaluable assets that deserve to be nurtured and cared for.

SLING & SPRINGS

Immerse yourself in the playful setup of spring-loaded slings. This practice ranges from dynamic & cardiovascular, to slow & controlled. Inviting you to tune in, move 3-dimensionally & offering the potential to go further. These slings; integral to our practice; provide traction, resistance & mobility; adding a new dimension to your training.

BARRE

Utilising the barre to enhance mobility & strength. With this unique Barre style; the barre is a tool to push & pull, hang & lean; creating dynamic, enjoyable sequences that challenge the body & mind.

 
“I have attended a weekly clinical Pilates session, as part of a small group, with Aimee as the instructor for about 2 ½ years. I have a great love for sport & fitness. I play cricket, baseball as well as run up to 70km per week in training for various races/fun runs. I found Aimee’s sessions to be extremely beneficial and were a key component of my training regime. She focuses on the individual needs of each of her students in a very considerate way & for me was able to significantly improve my flexibility, increase my core strength and all the while keep my L5 aligned.
