This email encloses the first of our Weekly Training Schedule! Every week, you will receive a curated schedule for your online practice for the week ahead.

2/3 recommended practices every day, that compliment each other, to provide a complete, varied & interesting practice, over the course of the week!

Not everyone has a springboard/sling setup & you most definitely don’t have to have one, to take full advantage of your training gallery. Therefore, these practices are included in your schedule; as extras.

Taking the guesswork out of pairing the best suited practices & encouraging you to engage with new classes, new challenges & achieve the recommended resistance training; 2/3 kettlebell workouts, every week. Enjoy.

MONDAY

FRIDAY
