MONDAY

KB FUNDAMENTALS - Covering some of the basics, in an approachable and simplified way. 15min KETTLEBELL

MULTI DIMENSION - Within every sequence there is multi-dimensional planes of movement, input into the sides of the body, front & back, top & bottom. This is the beauty of integrated movement. 27min HOLIDAY

HAMSTRING SERIES - Here we are working with the long box, creating a great challenge for the hip extensors, with more opportunity to mobilize the spine. 26min SPRINGS

BLOCK BRIDGING - Hello hamstrings! 30min BLOCK

PRONE BLOCKS - Assisting with thoracic mobility and accessibility. 16min BLOCK

KB 25 - Each movement is designed to engage your core, enhance your balance, and build strength in a compact time frame. We finish with an excellent loaded flexibility stretch. 25min KETTLEBELL

STRONG & FLEXIBLE - This is where you cultivate integrity in your yoga practice & mobility in your strength training.33min KETTLEBELL

INNER THIGH REMEDY - This practice is adapted from the reformer/garuda apparatus, offering a great challenge without the assistance of the springs to return. A useful practice for those working on dynamic hip mobility / strength, through a large range of movement. 18min SLIDER

THURSDAY

LUNGES AT THE BARRE - Using the slider (socks) and Yoga blocks to create challenge and variation. 26min BARRE

VERY LEGGY - Cultivate spine & hip mobility, as you tap into your body’s innate rhythm to move. 20min BARRE

TRANSVERSE PLANE - Interesting side patterns, with waves, spirals, balances & challenging transitions. 33min SLING

FRIDAY

STANDING IGNITION - From the power and strength of the legs, we will find the movement and freedom in our upper body and spine.27min HOLIDAY

ALL ABOUT THE RIBS - Inviting you to hammock, mobilize and move your ribs 3-dimensionally. Feel the breadth afterwards! 20min HOLIDAY

INTRO TO INVERSIONS - We find our L Stand, with foundational strengthening work here. 19min HOLIDAY

WIDE PLIE - A useful way to explore opposing forces in the lower body & pelvis. Sequel to the ‘Hip Traction’ sling practice. 23min SLING

SURPRISE NEW PRACTICE!

SATURDAY

KB 40 - Combining resistance training with joint mobility training. 36min KETTLEBELL

ARABESQUE - Unique to the Garuda barre material is the application of the barre to pull on and therefore traction, elongate, hang etc… 21min BARRE

HIP THERAPY - How can you explore transitional movements with the soft ball held in the same position? Thus creating more activity around the hips. Thoughtful, therapeutic, hip mobility. 15min BALL

HAMMOCK - To find the strength from the back to open and soften through the front. An ebb and flow. The sling offers the support to elongate the spine and mobilize the shoulders. We play with moving off center, coercing us into using the mobility of the foot and ankle - our foundations - into achieving more spine extension with ease. 27min SLING

UNRAVEL - Offer your body some nourishing movement & regulate the nervous system. 30min BLOCK
